Special General Meeting Information

Upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM) on Friday 14 August 2026, at 12:00 PM online over Zoom.

Special General Meeting - Rule Book Amendments

The Corporation will seek special resolutions from members regarding proposed changes to the Corporation’s rule book. These rule book changes were discussed with members at the information meeting on 20 June 2026.

Why These Changes Matter

The proposed amendments relate specifically to membership eligibility and governance. They are designed to ensure our Rule Book reflects the inclusive, transparent and culturally respectful practices expected of RAPs. These changes will help protect our ability to speak for Country and manage cultural heritage.
If we don’t make these changes we may lose our RAP Status and our ability for our members to talk for Country.
